The silent stone sentinels of Easter Island will come alive on this journey to one of the world's most intriguing destinations. This expedition trip was custom designed by 360° World Atlas creator, Everen T. Brown, and is highlighted by the yearly Tapati Rapa Nui Festival.

Spend a week exploring incredible sites with one of the island's best guides, James Peterkin, author of the guide book, “Easter Island Companion” of which you will receive an autographed copy. James’ has spent over a decade on the island studying Rapa Nui culture and language and has scheduled our tour to allow for the best light for photography. You’ll have plenty of free time to return to your favorite sites on your own and enjoy the solitude of the island even more.

Many islanders will be in ceremonial dress as Tapati Rapa Nui Festival begins and our hotel is within walking distance to many of these events. Colorful dancing, singing and athletic competitions will be a highlight of this trip. From an island style triathlon, horse racing and "sledding" down a hillside, this is the time to see Easter island at its best! Cash in those frequent flyer miles and join us on Easter Island this February, as winter becomes summer!

Visit Easter Island’s most famous locations:
Orongo, Rano Raraku, Ahu Tongariki, Rano Kao,
Puna Pau, Ahu Tahai, to name just a few! Plus a bonus Boat cruise to the famous islets off the island’s coast.
